We inform the players who have installed the operating system MS Window 10 released on July, 29th 2015.
Because of the operating system MS window 10 is not st_ble in compatibility with our game KalOnline, we only can say that we cannot support you smoothly and like always on problems such as bugs or errors that occur
Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use the previous window version instead of Window 10 in order to play KalOnline smoothly if possible.
We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience, we promise you that we will come up with the solution to reduce the inconvenience done to all the users as soon as possible.
