      • Hello, Kalonline Players

        Temporary maintenance was performed after receiving reports of game delays and connection problems from some players.

        We checked the server, all the equipment, and the IDC network, but everything was fine.

        We have been informed by IDC that the problem is most likely due to an unstable router in an overseas location and not the Kalonline servers.

        For the log to check the overseas router, please proceed as follows.

        1. Windows Start Button > Run > cmd DOS Command Prompt

        2. Enter the command below in the command input state, take a screenshot of the output value and attach the file

        tracert 110.45.196.69
        tracert 117.52.88.70

        * Completed tracking. Screen capture is required after the message is finally displayed
        * Requires the result of running both IPs

        If you see it coming out, please capture the result, send a screenshot to the email below, and submit your CS.
