  1) Added World Battle Manager NPC
  - A dedicated World Battle Manager NPC is added
  - During the event period, you can apply for participation through the World Battle Manager in Village of Narootuh
  - Please check the World Battle promotion for more details.
  
  2) Improved Game system
  - The issue where PVP damage was applied in some PVP safe areas has been improved.
  - When using Stone of Wealth, the effect has been improved to apply even when in a party.
  - Please check the Item tooltip for more details.
  
  *Please note that intermittent web page access may not be possible during regular maintenance (09:40 ~ 11:40)(KST/GMT+9).
