  1) Improved Character Balance
  - Improve the Cool down of General skill [Perfect Defense]. (Decreased to 3 minutes 45 seconds Cool down period at level 6)
  - Improve the Cool down of Shaman Skill [Pain of Soul]. (Changed to Cool down 2 seconds)
  - Improve the Shaman Skill [Entangling] (Increase in the range and the number of targets)
  
  2) Animal First Event Reward.

  3) Finish 2018 Kalonline HAPPY Halloween Event.
  
  4) Fixed an error when using Doggebi Pill.
  
  5) X-Trap security program up_date.
