  You may get the Benefit of Son of the sky from NPC Welfare Bureau agent of Bedal. By this buff, you will have the random stats all increased temporarily for 3 hours.
  NPC Welfare Bureau agent of Bedal can be found from all of the villages.
  
  Event Period : 2015.07.16 (Thurs) AM 11:40 ~ 2015.07.30 (Thurs.) AM 09:40 (KST /GMT+9) for 2 weeks.

  You may get the Blessing and Special Providence on the reduced price of 90% from NPC Ascetic. You may find NPC Ascetic from all of the villages.
  
  Effect -
  Blessing System : 50% of Exp will be reduce when you are dead.
  Special Providence System : Numbers of death will not be cumulated when you are dead.
  
  Event Period : 2015.07.16 (Thurs) AM 11:40 ~ 2015.07.30 (Thurs.) AM 09:40 (KST /GMT+9) for 2 weeks.

  * The remaining time and effect will be disappear on the Exciting Hour. This will not be applied redunant application.
