  1) Modified Magic Talisman
  - Fixed an issue where items were not applied when enchanting items with Magic Talisman.
  
  2) Modified some weapon ATK options
  - Fixed An issue where some lower grade weapons had the same or lower ATK than higher grade weapons.
  
  3) Modified General Skill
  - Fixed an issue where The Boom of Earth skill was not being used while riding.
  
  4) Modified quest rewards
  - Some quest reward items have been changed from tradeable to bind.
  
  5) Modified Infinite Tower entry time
  - The entry time for the Infinite Tower has been changed from Saturday 12:00 to Monday 12:00 (GMT+9).
  
  6) Updated Weapon Costume Gift Box, Costume Gift Box in Kalshop
  - Please check the Promotion page for details.
