  1) Added Npc in the Lawless zone of Dead person
  -A magic manager NPC has been added to The Lawless zone of Dead person.
  
  2) Added family collection
  -SwordTricster is added to the family collection.
  
  3) Changed Hores Equipments drop rate
  -The drop rate of the warhorse chest has been changed.
  
  4) Changed the number of monsters on the 11th to 12th floors of the Tower of Infinity
  -The number of monsters on the 11th-12th floors of the Infinite Tower increases
  
  5) Added Guild Reader Change system
  -A system that allows you to change the guild leader with more relaxed conditions has been added.
  
  6) April 22 Server failure compensation 2X EXP Event.
  - Date: April 30 (Fri) 00:00 ~ 03:00 (KST/GMT+9)
  May 1 (Sat) 00:00 ~ 03:00 (KST/GMT+9)
  - Buff: 100% EXP increased
